2000年4月至2004年3月：参与美国航天局(NASA)重点项目－航空涡轮喷气发动机损伤监测及减损控制．  
2000年5月至2001年12月：参与美国国家科学基金(NSF)重点项目－电力供应系统的载荷调控及损伤监控． 
2001年6月至2004年3月：参加由美国多所大学参与的大型合作科研项目－MURI (Multi-University Research Initiative)，主持离散事件系统控制的理论开发，系统建模和控制器设计．  
2001年10月至2004年3月：参加美国宾州州立大学，美国路易丝安那理工大学和美国卡梅隆大学的合作研究项目．主攻计算机流程控制以预防计算机病毒并最优化分配计算机资源．   
1996年9月至1999年6月：作为助理研究员在清华大学中国国家精密仪器及测量重点实验室工作，负责超级VCD播放机的产品开发，并成功投入生产和市场销售．  
1995年5月至1996年6月：参加中国钢铁工业重点科研项目－热扎钢板在线测量系统的开发。
