研究方向：MEMS惯性传感器（陀螺仪、加速度计）、MEMS压力传感器等谐振式MEMS传感器。  
研究兴趣：MEMS惯性传感器原理、微弱信号检测、模数混合电路系统设计、控制理论等方向。  
科研工作：从事MEMS结构的测试分析、控制系统设计、微弱信号提取、传感器数据分析等工作。
